We work alongside Haitian artisans, businesses, and organizations to build relationships rooted in trust, mutual respect, and shared opportunity. One of our favorite Haitian proverbs is men anpil, chay pa lou: “many hands make the load lighter." We strive to put this into practice in the way we operate.
We know it will take all of us doing our part to strengthen families, create opportunity, and help alleviate poverty. We believe we are better together; choosing collaboration over competition makes room for everyone to thrive.
Education is the Key
We believe education is the key to transformation.
For us, creating opportunity doesn't stop with a fair wage. Through our nonprofit, Touch of Hope, we invest in the children of our Haitian community by providing access to a quality education.
Education equips children with knowledge and confidence, expands their possibilities, and gives them a foundation from which they can build something different for themselves and their families.
We believe in creating opportunity today while investing in the generations who will shape Haiti’s tomorrow.

Fighting Child Malnutrition
Rosie's is also proud to support and advocate for Middle Ground Haiti in their fight to eradicate malnutrition. Deeply committed to walking with families during a brief, but life-changing season, Middle Ground operates an inpatient malnutrition treatment center with wrap-around programs to ensure lasting recovery.
